I don’t know about you, but we’re loving the new Gmail update. The update comes with features that we didn’t know we wanted. And that we’re sure you will enjoy as well.
We’ve shown you how to increase productivity with Google Docs, and how to use Google Docs offline. Now we want to show you what the new Gmail update can do to help your business become more efficient.
1. Keep Track of To-Dos in Gmail
You can now create tasks by maneuvering to the right side of your screen and clicking the blue icon with a check mark to create a task
There is also a Google Tasks mobile app for keeping up with your tasks while you’re on the go!
2. View Attachments In Dashboard
You can now view and download attachments without ever having to click on the email itself. This new feature will save you the time of sifting through your emails to find that one photo you’ve spent 30 minutes looking for.
It’s easy to get caught up in the moment and miss an important email. If you haven’t responded to an email in awhile, you will now receive a notification prompting you to answer you missed.
4. Bookmark Like a Pro With Google Keep
If you haven’t added the Google Keep extension to your Chrome Browser, now is the time to do so.
This nifty little add-on gives you the ability to take notes on the sites you visit.
5. Next Time You Respond, Make it Smart
Google has made it easier than ever to respond to emails with smart reply. You’ll now be able to craft a fast response, and customize these responses as you see fit.
